A busy couple with distinguished careers had this big open living space with a lot of potential and a need of a complete re-make.
We started with redesigning and renovating the space by changing the old floor with big bright concrete style tiles and combined it with warm natural oak parquet. Wide window frames overlooking the garden, previously in dark brown, give a modern feel when painted in anthracite.
Since they often host dinners and gatherings, the kitchen was the element they wanted me to focus on.
Outdated, multicolored, dark wooden elements were replaced with a custom-made minimal and airy Obumex kitchen. This cooking masterpiece raises the bar in their love affair with food preparation and hosting.
Some refined decorative touches and, yes, we created an atmosphere and space you want to endlessly enjoy and return to.
